Return Policy

Dropshipped third-party products are subject to the return policies of their respective providers.

If you are not satisfied with your Freshpark purchase you may return the goods within 15 days of the original purchase date.

      • Product must be returned unused in it’s original packaging. Freshpark will not be financially responsible for shipping charges made from an order made by mistake or you changed your mind. If you have any questions, please call us at 714-369-2495 or email us at sales@freshpark.com
      • You will be credited for the purchase less outbound freight.
      • Customers returning product not in the original condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the total amount of the original purchase price.

Sales of all used and recertified Freshpark products are final. Used and recertified products do not come with warranties and are sold as is.

If you are missing an item or the item that you recieved is damaged, please contact us. You must notify us within 15 days of receipt of the shipment. Do not throw away the original box if the item is damaged. For defective product replacement, please provide proof of damage.

 

Return Claim Procedure

To return a purchase please follow the steps below:
Call 714-369-2495 or email sales@freshpark.com to open your return claim.

    • Pack product in suitable packaging to ensure it is not damaged in shipping.
    • Ship the package using a traceable source (i.e. UPS, Federal Express). Freshpark is not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping.
      We will contact you when we have received your goods to let you know the status of the return claim.
    • Once we have your returned item, we will refund you to the orginal payment method. This is for any damaged product or new product.
      We must receive your item before a refund is processed.
